Initial ConsultationDuring the initial consultation, we'll take down every important detail and talk about you, your desired home, where you'd like to live and more. This first stage of the process is to get to know you, any specifics about your situation and to get the basics of what you want your new home to look like. -
Planning & DesignNext, your project will move into the planning and design phase where we start forming, specifically, what your home will look like, where it will be and other important specifics that must be taken care of before we start building. This phase ends with a final design and approval by the customer. -
Licenses & PermitsBuilding a home is a big job. At this point in our process, we make sure that we have everything we need to start building including permits, licenses and even access to equipment. Once we've got all our ducks in a row, we'll decide on a start date and provide an estimate for completion. -
Building PhaseFinally, we're ready to start building your home. During the building process, we'll be sure to document all work in writing and photos, as well as provide regular updates on what we're working on and where we are in the process. Keeping in communication with you means we can adapt as we go to ensure the finished project is exactly how you envisioned it.
Finished Product
